In order to facilitate communication, our technical expert team assigns the customer a Point of Contact (POC) after carefully reviewing and validating the project's requirements, scope of work (SoW), business needs, interaction with the current IT environment, and project road map. They also make it possible for technical resources to initiate, plan, and complete successful projects
Our team creates a scope of work (SoW), high level design (HLD), and flowchart based on the application flow, incorporating essential hardware, software brand and model with licenses, bill of materials (BoM), and sharing solution specifics with customer's budget.
Our technical staff works closely with the customer to respond to any feedback or questions following the initial solution preparation and budget sharing. Additionally, we collaborate with the client to demonstrate Return on Investment (RoI), long-term costs, product lifespan, competitive analysis, returns, replacement with migration processes, and, if necessary, revalidate the solution and BOM.
As soon as a project is handed to us, the project manager promptly assigns the appropriate engineer to comprehend the SOW and HLD. In accordance with the SoW, engineers construct an implementation and migration plan and align the client for approval while concurrently doing an offline installation. Engineers finish installation and migration after a positive UAT.
One of the key components of effective project implementation and maintenance is rollout. For every project, our technical experts handover Low Level Design (LLD), IP Plan, Configure Details, demonstrate the change management process, and guarantee knowledge transfer for day-to-day administration to the customer IT Ops team.
